1946, May Nagano Seisakusho established in Numazu, Shizuoka.
1948, Apr Establishes trading relations with Usui Kokusai Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd.
1958, June Installing a cold header, trimmer and press, Nagano adopts the cold forming manufacturing process.
1960, Feb Installs several lathes and an electric furnace, starts manufacturing production tools and dies.
1961, Jan Purchases and installs 10 automatic lathes from Miyano Iron Works (now Citizen Machinery Miyano Co., Ltd.).
1962, Oct Installs cold formers, rationalizing the cold forming process.
1964, Jan Nagano Seisakusho incorporates into Nagano Products Co., Ltd., with a share capital of 5 million yen.
1964, Oct Head office and main plant move to current location in Matsunaga, Numazu, Shizuoka.
1964, Nov Establishes trading relations with Maruyasu Industries Co., Ltd.
1965, Feb Purchases and installs new cold formers from National Machinery.
1965, May Designated as a personnel management model company.
1969, Apr Share capital increased to 10 million yen.
1970, Apr Share capital increased to 15 million yen.
1970, Oct Establishes trading relations with Bundy Corporation (now TI Automotive).
1973, Apr Establishes trading relations with Mory Industries, Inc.
1976, Feb Establishes trading relations with General Electric (GE).
1977, Mar Receives the Small And Medium Enterprise Agency Director's Award.
1977, July Establishes subsidiary Nagano Co., Ltd., for the purposes of selling our products to the construction industry.
1980, Nov Establishes trading relations with Sanoh Industrial Co., Ltd.
1980, Nov Construction finishes on new, larger production facility at main plant.
1983, Nov Change of corporate structure, increase of share capital to 30 million yen.
1984, Mar Start of production at the Ozuwa manufacturing plant.
1991, Apr Issues private placement bonds worth 200 million yen.
1991, Dec Installs an Automated Rack Warehouse System, improving efficiency.
1992, May Construction finishes on new Head Office building.
1993, Apr Yoshitaka Nagano becomes new Representative Director, taking over after his father.
1996, July Establishes American subsidiary Nagano International Corporation, in Chicago, Illinois.
1997, Apr Establishes trading relations with Siebe Automotive (now Cooper Standard Automotive, Inc.)
1999, Oct Obtains ISO9002 certification (currently ISO9001-2008)
2003, Aug Start of production at Chicago plant.
2004, Oct Nagano International Corporation obtains ISO/TS16949 certification.
2012, June Establishes Chinese subsidiary Nagano Products (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd.
2014, Nov Start of production at Zhuhai plant.
