May. 1946 Nagano Seisakusho established in Numazu, Shizuoka.
Apr. 1948 Establishes trading relations with Usui Kokusai Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd.
Jun. 1958 Installing a cold header, trimmer and press, Nagano adopts the cold forming manufacturing process.
Feb. 1960 Installs several lathes and an electric furnace, starts manufacturing production tools and dies.
Jan. 1961 Purchases and installs 10 automatic lathes from Miyano Iron Works (now Citizen Machinery Miyano Co., Ltd.).
Oct. 1962 Installs cold formers, rationalizing the cold forming process.
Jan. 1964 Nagano Seisakusho incorporates into Nagano Products Co., Ltd., with a share capital of 5 million yen.
Oct. 1964 Head office and main plant move to current location in Matsunaga, Numazu, Shizuoka.
Nov. 1964 Establishes trading relations with Maruyasu Industries Co., Ltd.
Feb. 1965 Purchases and installs new cold formers from National Machinery.
May. 1965 Designated as a personnel management model company.
Apr. 1969 Share capital increased to 10 million yen.
Apr. 1970 Share capital increased to 15 million yen.
Oct. 1970 Establishes trading relations with Bundy Corporation (now TI Automotive).
Apr. 1973 Establishes trading relations with Mory Industries, Inc.
Feb. 1976 Establishes trading relations with General Electric (GE).
Mar. 1977 Receives the Small And Medium Enterprise Agency Director's Award.
Jul. 1977 Establishes subsidiary Nagano Co., Ltd., for the purposes of selling our products to the construction industry.
Nov. 1980 Establishes trading relations with Sanoh Industrial Co., Ltd.
Nov. 1980 Construction finishes on new, larger production facility at main plant.
Nov. 1983 Change of corporate structure, increase of share capital to 30 million yen.
Mar. 1984 Start of production at the Ozuwa manufacturing plant.
Apr. 1991 Issues private placement bonds worth 200 million yen.
Dec. 1991 Installs an Automated Rack Warehouse System, improving efficiency
May. 1992 Construction finishes on new Head Office building.
Apr. 1993 Yoshitaka Nagano becomes new Representative Director, taking over after his father.
July. 1996 Establishes American subsidiary Nagano International Corporation, in Chicago, Illinois.
Apr. 1997 Establishes trading relations with Siebe Automotive
(now Cooper Standard Automotive, Inc.)
Oct. 1999 Obtains ISO9002 certification (currently ISO9001-2008)
Aug. 2003 Start of production at Chicago plant.
Oct. 2004 Nagano International Corporation obtains ISO/TS16949 certification.
Jun. 2012 Establishes Chinese subsidiary Nagano Products (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd.
Nov. 2014 Start of production at Zhuhai plant.
Mar. 2016 Obtains ISO/TS 16949:2009 at Chinese subsidiary Nagano Products (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd
May. 2016 Establishes INDIA subsidiary (NAGANO INDIA PVT., LTD.)
Oct. 2017 Start of production at INDIA plant
Apr. 2018 Obtains IATF16949 at Chinese subsidiary Nagano Products (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd
Nov. 2018 Construction finishes on new, Headquarters factory building
