Company

Greetings

We would like to continue to be an enlightened company
that worth working for, and contribute
to society through first-class "manufacturing".

Since its founding in 1946, Nagano Products has always maintained steady management even in difficult times such as the oil crisis, the collapse of the bubble economy, and the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. Thankfully, we have continued on surplus management and maintain an equity ratio of 85% to this day. Our unrivaled strength is that we focused on cold formnig early on. Utilizing our unique technical method, we have achieved : resource saving, mass production, high quality, and low cost. Since then, we have continued to refine our technology without stopping.

Our company mainly produces flare nuts for automotive piping. It is used in the interior of automobiles, which can be said to be a mass of high technology, and requires first-class precision molding, durability, and safety. We supply more than 400 million flare nuts annually from production bases in Japan, the United States, China, and India, realizing a global supply chain. We supply flare nuts for automotive piping to all domestic manufacturers, including Toyota. Its market share is over 70%. We also supply to almost all the world's automobile manufacturers.

What Nagano Products has been and will continue to aim for is to pursue contributions to society through "manufacturing" and bring happiness to employees and their families. And to respect the humanity of our employees, and to continue to be an enlightened company with mutual trust and cooperation. Based on these ideas, we will promote the creation of a comfortable working environment for our employees from all aspects, including the enhancement of welfare programs, the introduction of a clear and fair personnel system, and the implementation of various work style reform projects.

We are looking for people who are not afraid to take on new challenges and who have a spirit of challenge. Together with these employees, we would like to constantly move forward with the aim of better "manufacturing", overcome the rapidly changing times in the future, and achieve sustainable growth.
